Many O2 customers avoid using their data abroad because they fear they’ll come home to extra charges on their bill. This campaign was all about reminding customers that with O2 they’re roaming is always included in their plan – allowing them to snap, stream and share from the beach and beyond.

Network Improvement

Network quality makes up for around a quarter of O2’s Net Promoter Score, so it’s important that their customers are made aware of any upgrades. After making improvements in Newcastle, Hull, Birmingham and Warrington, O2 wanted to validate customers’ pride in their hometowns and cities, by showing them why their bubble is the place to be.
